Before Sale:
Ask what you need and we will show you what we have.
On Sale:
Samples will be charged twice of FOB price, and a deposit is a must when we get your PO, usually 30% of your PO.We accept FOB, DDP and DDP as our payment terms.
After Sale:
If there are any quality problems with our products, we will provide product replacement or refund, to protect the rights and interests of clients.

Protos:Protos can be finished in 2-3days when the yarns are ready,according to the quantities of your collection. SMS: SMS can be finished in 1-2 weeks after your confirmation on protos, BULK: Bulk can be finished in 2-3 weeks according to the quantities of your collection.
How does The Home Palaces Home Textile’s factory control?
A: We have our own QC team and all products will have 100% test before delivery. Also you can send your team check your products.
